About INSCYD:

INSCYD is a physiology test that reveals an athlete's current fitness and metabolic strengths and weaknesses - in other words, how an athlete's body burns oxygen and fuel.
The test results can show whether an athlete should be a stronger sprinter or time trialist, a punchy climber, or an all-rounder.

Perhaps the best part of INSCYD is that it is a ‘take-home lab test’. Instead of going to a performance testing lab, you can measure your VO2max, VLamax, Threshold, and more using the INSCYD test -
by the way, you only need a power meter to complete the INSCYD testing protocol.

About Flo Vogel:

Florian used to be a former professional Mountainbiker and two time Olympian. He also holds a Federal Diploma ‘Coach in competitive Sports’.
Retired in 2019, he still loves to ride his Road- and Mountainbike. He also loves suffering at Marathons (Current PB 2h20 at Zurich Marathon).
